Let me introduce myself…

Hi, I’m Charles! I first encountered the benefits of Pilates for rehabilitation and fitness during my training and career as a professional dancer. Later in my career as a dancer and 5 years into my experience as a fitness instructor I once again found myself coming back to Pilates for its benefits. I was diagnosed with a progressive inflammatory arthritis which meant I was no longer able to be as physical as my life had been up until that point. This is when I deep dived into the world of Pilates, I was able to regain the connection between body and mind. And I have never looked back.

Since qualifying in 2022, in both mat & Reformer Pilates I have taught and continued to learn from all the different stylings that have originated from the original techniques from ‘Contrology’. I have been lucky enough to have worked and gained experience from such a diverse pool of clientele, and since completing my Pre & Postnatal qualification my understanding and ability to adapt movement for each individual has expanded greatly.

I take inspiration and techniques from both classical and contemporary Pilates as I really do believe there is not just one movement for all. But instead a whole universe of movement for everyone. I really would love to let you into my world!
